NO PAÍS DO CINEMA – 1ª edição

No País do Cinema – Encontros Internacionais dos Primeiros Olhares (1ª edição).
Estes encontros realizados e coordenados pela associação Docs aux Sels em parceria com Os Filhos de Lumiére tiveram este ano sua primeira edição em França de 5 a 7 de Junho de 2005, na zona de Languedoc-Roussillon. Os cineastas Teresa Garcia e Pierre-Marie Goulet e algumas crianças portuguesas que realizaram filmes no âmbito dos workshops O Primeiro Olhar deslocaram-se a França para participar e para orientar um atelier prático incluido nos Encontros destinado aos jovens portugueses e aos jovens franceses já iniciados.
Foram apresentados nesta primeira edição dois programas com uma selecção de filmes resultantes dos workshops realizados até esta data por Os Filhos de Lumière.

Entre 25 e 30 de Abril realização da segunda etapa do workshop inspirado em O Primeiro Olhar com o mesmo grupo de formandos e o mesmo grupo de formadores (Teresa Garcia, Pierre-Marie Goulet (realização e montagem), Bruno Flament (imagem), Susanne Durand (som) e Chantal Dubois (produção).
Desta vez foi realizado um filme documentário sobre o bairro a que o grupo pertence, e um filme colectivo que deu também início ao trabalho sobre a montagem. Esta acção, resulta de uma parceria da associação cultural Docs Aux Sels com a associação Os Filhos de Lumiére

O PRIMEIRO OLHAR EM NÎMES (França)

Entre 14 e 19 de Fevereiro realização da primeira etapa de um workshop inspirado em O Primeiro Olhar que marca o início da colaboração de Os Filhos de Lumière com Docs aux Sels associação cultural sediada em Nîmes (França) com objectivos comuns com os desta associação.
Este workshop em quatro etapas de 5 dias intensivos cada (Fevereiro, Abril, Julho e Outubro) está a ser realizado com um grupo de 10 crianças de um bairro "difícil" do sul da França.
Esta acção, que resulta de uma parceria da associação cultural Docs Aux Sels com a associação Os Filhos de Lumiére, tem como formadores: Teresa Garcia e Pierre-Marie Goulet na realização e montagem, Bruno Flament na imagem, Susanne Durant no som e Chantal Dubois na produção.
