projecto CinEd será apresdentado por Rui Machado da Cinemateca Portuguesa no “worshop” da ACE (Association des Cinémathèques Européennes) que terá lugar no 22 de Julho em Bolonha, durante o Festival Il Cinema Ritrovato.

 

A sessão “Film Literacy” – de 15h às 17h (CET) – centrar-se-á na educação cinematográfica e nas oportunidades que oferece aos membros da ACE através da partilha de boas práticas e da apresentação de projectos relevantes que possam ser utilizados de imediato pelas cinematecas.

No âmbito da 3ª Conferência do  Plano Nacional de Cinema intitulada “Entre Espaços, a Escola e o Cinema” que terá lugar na Cinemateca Portuguesa, no dia 17 de Novembro com início às 9h00, até 13h30, a associação Os Filhos de Lumière irá apresentar os seus projectos e metodologia de trabalho com jovens, professores e mediadores culturais no painel “Cinema é no Cinema: experiências de formação cinematográficas”, com moderação de Elsa Mendes, coordenadora nacional do PNC.

Teresa Garcia apresentará os diversos projectos – O Mundo à Nossa Volta: Cinema, cem anos de juventude e O Primeiro Olhar e Filmar assim como os projectos europeus CinEd, Shortcut e Le Cinéma, cent ans de jeunesse) implantados em Portugal pela associação, e Ana Eliseu apresentará exemplos de trabalho prático com os professores e alunos através dos cadernos pedagógicos, no âmbito da formação  “Crescer com o Cinema” que integra o projecto Europeu CinEd.

Esta conferência conta com a presença de José Manuel Costa, Director da Cinemateca Portuguesa, de José Vitor Pedroso, Director-Geral da Educação, Luís Chaby Vaz, Presidente do Conselho Directivo do ICA, João Costa, Secretário de Estado da Educação e Ângelo Carvalho Ferreira , Secretária de Estado da Cultura.

Os filmes portugueses “O Sangue” de Pedro Costa e “Uma Pedra no Bolso” de Joaquim Pinto divulgados na República Checa pela mão do parceiro AČFK, no âmbito do projecto europeu CinEd.

A AČFK reune mais de 100 cineclubes e cerca de 20.000 membros na Républica Checa. Para além de organizar o Festival de Cinema “Summer Film School“, AČFK coordena também o projecto “Film and School” que  promove a educação para o cinema no seio dos estabelecimentos escolares do ensino secundário.

CinEd é um programa pedagógico coordenado pelo Institut Français (Paris), em colaboração com a Cinemateca Francesa (através do seu programa pedagógico Cinéma, cent ans de Jeunesse), que envolve 10 parceiros e 8 países ( França, Portugal, Espanha, Itália, Roménia, Bulgária, República Checa e Finlândia) e é apoiado pela Europa Criativa – programa Média, desde 2015. Em Portugal é coordenado pela associação Os Filhos de Lumière.

A Colecção CinEd, que forma a base principal desta pedagogia, é composta por uma escolha de filmes que não pretende abranger todo o cinema europeu mas sim desenhar uma trajectória entre os filmes escolhidos, criando laços entre estes, os seus cineastas e os diferentes contextos europeus, facilmente acessíveis através de uma plataforma digital, respondendo á necessidade de cada parceiro de dar a descobrir aos jovens a sua própria cinematografia e a dos outros países europeus.

Através de uma metodologia comum adaptável a todo as as situações, meios e culturas, têm vindo a ser criadas, numa importante cooperação entre os parceiros, diversas ferramentas e recursos pedagógicos.
São realizadas em todos os países formações onde são lançadas pistas sobre formas de trabalhar e de desenvolver uma pedagogia aberta, enriquecedora e progressiva a partir dos filmes e da matéria cinematográfica e singular de cada um.

“O Cinema como Ferramenta de Aprendizagem”, reportagem de Maria João Leite, sobre o trabalho desenvolvido pela associação Os Filhos de Lumière, na edição nº206 da revista “A Página da Educação” (Inverno 2015).

 

O cinema pode ser uma boa ferramenta de aprendizagem. Na escola e na vida. Fazer chegar o cinema a diferentes públicos, sensibilizando-os para a sétima das artes e fazendo-os comprender a arte cinematográfica, é a missão d’Os Filhos de Lumière. Esta associação cultural concebe e promove diversas atividades que estimulam os participantes a ver o mundo de outra forma. Eles aprendem a olhar e a establecer relações. Porque o cinema também educa…
