No dia 27 de Outubro de 2018 teve lugar na Casa do Cinema em Lisboa, num espaço cedido pela A.P.R. Associação Portuguesa de Realizadores, a formação inicial para o programa Cinema, cem anos de juventude 2018-2019 sobre o tema A Situação no Cinema, integrado no projecto O Mundo à Nossa Volta da associação cultural Os Filhos de Lumière.

Cineastas formadores, professores e parceiros culturais se encontraram para precisar a questão que será tratada nas oficinas e descobrir as regras do jogo .
